Yes. Every product AAIE supplies is brand new and never used, refurbished, or ex-display. All items are sourced directly and delivered as fresh stock.
Can I customise any of the products?
Many of our products are available with customisation options including dimensions, upholstery material, colour, base type, and finish. Our Custom Design chairs, for example, can be fully configured to your specification. Reach out with your brief and we'll advise on what's possible.
Do you handle installation, or just supply?
We handle both. AAIE's team manages professional delivery and on-site installation across the UAE — you don't need to coordinate a separate contractor.
Do you supply furniture across the UAE?
Yes. We supply and install across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE. Our team handles delivery and professional installation as part of the service.
How do I get a price for a product?
We don't display fixed prices as many projects involve customisation, quantities, and installation requirements that affect the final cost. Use the Request a Quote button on any product and our team will respond with a detailed, itemised proposal.
Can I order a mix of standard and custom products in one order?
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine standard catalogue items with bespoke pieces in a single project. We manage both under one order and coordinate delivery and installation together.
