CompleteMetal & Glass Solutions

Glass partitions, frameless doors, shopfronts, screens and metal feature work — designed, approved, installed and snagged by one accountable team, coordinated with the ceiling, the MEP and everything else in the room.

One Company. From Setting Out to Snag List.

Cutting glass is a commodity. What isn't: getting the partition line to agree with the ceiling grid, the sprinklers, the lighting and the flooring; getting it through Civil Defence; getting it installed without stopping the rest of the site; and having one company answer for it when a door doesn't close cleanly.

We design the partition layout, specify the systems, manage the fabrication, coordinate it with every other trade on the job, and install and snag it ourselves. You deal with us — not with a glazier, a metal fabricator, an approvals consultant and a main contractor all pointing at each other.

- What We Cover

Glass-cutting

From brief to handover, one team

You brief us once. We survey, design, build and hand it back — one team carrying it the whole way, so nothing gets lost between trades.

Consult & survey

It starts with a walk-through, not a wishlist. We measure the space, learn how you'll use it, and pin down scope, budget and timeline.

Design & specify

Everything on one page: layouts, finishes, MEP. One clear specification, one fixed price, no surprises later.

Build & fit-out

One team, start to finish — joinery, MEP, floors and finishes, all in-house. No gaps between trades, no one to blame.

Handover

We hand back a space that works — snag-free, compliance signed off, fully documented.

Glass & Metal for Every Sector in the UAE

A meeting room, an operating theatre and a shopfront all need glass. They need completely different glass. We specify to the room — across the UAE.

Frequently Asked Questions

No — we work with specialist fabricators, and we're straightforward about that. Fabrication is a commodity in this market; coordination isn't. We design it, specify it, get it approved, manage the fabrication, install it ourselves and snag it ourselves. You have one company to hold responsible for the result, which is the part that actually goes wrong on projects.

You can, and for a single door it might be the right call. For anything inside a fit-out, the partition has to agree with the ceiling, the sprinklers, the lighting, the flooring and the MEP — and a glazier's responsibility ends at the glass. Ours ends at handover. The gap between those two positions is where most partition problems live.

Yes. Plenty of clients do — a new meeting room, a reconfigured floor, a set of office fronts. The same design, coordination and installation applies whether it's one partition or a whole building.

Honestly — no glass partition is soundproof, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. But acoustic performance varies enormously with the glass specification, the seals, the door and, most of all, what happens above the ceiling. We'll tell you what level of privacy each option realistically delivers, and what it costs to get to the next one. Most acoustic complaints trace back to a partition that stopped at the ceiling tile.

Usually. Send us photographs and, if you have them, the original drawings. Where a system is discontinued, we'll tell you honestly whether it can be matched or whether a zone-based approach will read better than a visible patch.

Yes. Perforated and laser-cut screens, cladding, decorative panels, framing and trims — designed with you, fabricated to our drawings by specialists we've worked with for years, and installed and finished by our team.
