Complete Joinery Solutions

Reception desks, wardrobes, bar counters, nurse stations, boardroom tables — designed, made and installed by us, in our own production facility. When nothing off the shelf fits the space, we build the thing that does.

Drawn Here. Made Here. Installed Here.

Joinery is where fit-outs go wrong. It's the longest lead time, the least forgiving tolerance and the first thing a client notices when it isn't right — and on most projects it's handed to a subcontractor the main contractor has never met.

Ours is made in our own production facility, by our own joiners, to our own drawings. That means we control the lead time, we control the tolerance, and when something needs to change at week six, we change it — without a chain of phone calls and a variation claim.

Reception desks, wardrobes, kitchens, bar counters, treatment room joinery, boardroom tables, wall panelling, shopfronts. If it can be drawn, it can be made.

- What We Cover

joinery-solutions

From brief to handover, one team

You brief us once. We survey, design, build and hand it back — one team carrying it the whole way, so nothing gets lost between trades.

Consult & survey

It starts with a walk-through, not a wishlist. We measure the space, learn how you'll use it, and pin down scope, budget and timeline.

Design & specify

Everything on one page: layouts, finishes, MEP. One clear specification, one fixed price, no surprises later.

Build & fit-out

One team, start to finish — joinery, MEP, floors and finishes, all in-house. No gaps between trades, no one to blame.

Handover

We hand back a space that works — snag-free, compliance signed off, fully documented.

Joinery for Every Sector in the UAE

A hotel headboard, a nurse station and a school library counter are three completely different problems. We make all of them — across the UAE.

Frequently Asked Questions

We make it. Our own production facility, our own joiners, our own QA. It's the reason we can commit to a lead time and hold it — and the reason a change at week six is a conversation rather than a variation claim. Most fit-out contractors in this market subcontract joinery. We built the workshop instead.

Yes, and many do — including other contractors and designers. Joinery is a standalone business here, not an add-on. Bring us drawings, a sketch, or a photograph of something you saw and want a version of.

It depends on scope and finish, but joinery is almost always the longest lead item on a project — which is exactly why we start it first rather than last. We'll give you a real date at drawing stage, and because the workshop is ours, that date isn't at the mercy of someone else's order book.

Yes. We'll take a designer's or architect's drawings, produce the shop drawings, flag anything that won't build or won't last, and make it. Plenty of design studios use us as their maker. Equally, if all you have is an idea and a dimension, our design team can take it from there.

It will — because we measured the site ourselves rather than trusting the drawing, and because our joiners install it and scribe it to the space. But if something needs adjusting, the people who made it are the people fixing it, on the same day. That's the difference between owning the workshop and booking one.

Yes, and it's often the more honest way in. Give us the number and the space, and we'll show you what it buys — where the money should go (the piece people touch every day) and where it shouldn't (the back of a cupboard nobody opens). Joinery cost is mostly finish and complexity, and both are adjustable.
